Short answer

No. The Swiss Intercantonal Gambling Supervisory Authority (Gespa) added polymarket.com to its DNS blocklist on 26 November 2024 under the Federal Gambling Act, and Gespa considers prediction markets to be gambling. Kalshi also restricts event-contract trading for people in Switzerland.

Why is Polymarket blocked in Switzerland?

Swiss law only allows online gambling from licensed Swiss operators and requires internet providers to block unauthorised foreign sites listed by Gespa or the ESBK. Polymarket has no Swiss authorisation, so polymarket.com was added to Gespa's blocklist. In June 2026 Gespa co-signed the European regulators' statement on prediction markets and confirmed it treats them as gambling under Swiss law.
